How to change DNS records at Hostinger

Where the DNS settings live

1. Sign in to hPanel and open Domains.
2. Click Manage on the domain, then open DNS / Nameservers.

Adding a record

1. Under DNS records, choose the record type tab.
2. Fill in Name (@ for the root), Points to, and TTL.
3. Click Add Record.

Editing or deleting a record

1. Find the record in the list below and click the three-dot menu → Edit.
2. Save, or use Delete from the same menu.

Changing the nameservers

1. On the same page open the Nameservers section.
2. Choose Change nameservers, select Use custom nameservers, and enter them.

Hostinger nameservers

These are the values you would set at your registrar to let Hostinger run your DNS. Always confirm them in your own account — several providers assign per-account values.

After you save

DNS changes are not instant. Resolvers keep the old answer until the previous record's TTL expires, so a record with a 4-hour TTL can take 4 hours to change everywhere — occasionally longer if an ISP ignores TTLs. Check what the world currently sees before assuming something is broken, and see the troubleshooting page if it still looks wrong after the TTL has passed.
